Payment

• Payments are made via PayPal.
• Full payment is required before I begin working on the commission.
• Prices are listed in $ (Dollar) unless stated otherwise.
• Once work has started, payments are non refundable.
• If I cancel a commission for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.

Process

• Each artwork goes through three stages:
Sketch → Lineart → Color

• You may request up to 3 revisions per stage.
• Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

• Estimated completion time: up to 3 weeks, depending on complexity.

Delivery

• The final artwork will be delivered as a digital file (PNG/JPG).
• Delivery may be done via WeTransfer, email, or another agreed method.

✔ Fanart (non-commercial unless permitted)
✔ Fantasy features (horns, wings, etc.)
✔ Reference sheets
✔ Animals
✔ Fursonas
✔ Vehicles (especially motorcycles)

✖ Hateful or discriminatory content
✖ Explicit NSFW
✖ Animation / animatics
✖ Mecha

I reserve the right to refuse any commission if the request makes me uncomfortable.

Copyright & Usage

The client is purchasing a personal commission, not the ownership of the artwork, unless discussed with the artist.

✔ Personal use is not made to generate profit for the client and will always include proper credit to the artist.

✖ Commercial use is intended to directly generate profit for the client with sales and may not include credits.

• Creating art inspired by copyrighted works is allowed, but selling it is prohibited unless you have the owner’s permission or it’s in the public domain.

Legal

These terms constitute a service agreement between the artist and the client.

By commissioning artwork or completing payment, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of France.
